白令海陆架区夏季水文分布特征及年际变化

The distribution and inter-annual variation of water masses on the Bering Sea shelf in summer

  • 摘要: 利用2003、2008、2010、2012和2014年夏季中国第2次至第6次北极科学考察获取的CTD调查数据,对白令海中部和北部陆架区主要水文特征进行了分析,明确了主要水团分类并研究了水团的年际变化特征。在中部陆架区,从陆坡区到阿拉斯加沿岸依次分布着四种水团,分别为白令海陆架水(BSW)、白令海陆坡流水(BSCW)、混合变性水(MW)和阿拉斯加沿岸水(ACW),其中BSW在夏季又分为陆架表层暖水和陆架冷水团(BSW_C)。靠近白令海峡的白令海北部陆架区,ACW、BSW和阿纳德尔水(AW)共存。两个区域水团有明显的时空变化。在中部陆架区,BSCW是盐度最高的水团,主要占据177°W以西,2014年盐度最高;BSW_C是温度最低的水团,2014年温度最高;ACW是盐度最低的水团,主要占据170°W以东,2012年温度和盐度最高。在靠近白令海峡的白令海北部陆架,AW位于西侧,是北部陆架区盐度最高的水团,与中部陆架的BSCW相比,温度急剧降低。在向北运动的过程中,AW有向东扩展的趋势;ACW位于东侧,通常与BSW呈上下分布,虽然仍是盐度最低的水团,但与中部陆架相比,盐度略有增加,2014年盐度最高;BSW位于AW与ACW之间,2012年温度最低,但是中部陆架温度低于0℃的BSW_C在北部陆架并没有出现。尽管中部和北部陆架的水文特征有很多差异,但陆架区对气候变化的响应是同步的,可以分为暖年(2003,2014)和冷年(2008,2010,2012)两种类型。2014年有可能是新一轮暖年的开始。
